At Olivia’s Coast Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return, refund, or replacement under the conditions below.

Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping fees apply and must be paid by the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must include all original parts, accessories, and components, and be returned in its original packaging.
  2. The item must show only normal handling. Products damaged due to careless use or misuse are not eligible for return.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  4. If the product arrived damaged or defective, this must be reported upon receipt.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Once your return request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days. If the return meets our conditions, it will be approved within that period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used, altered, or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the return conditions above, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Send an email to: support@oliviascoastboutique.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • A photo of the product, if it is damaged or defective
  • Your full name
  • Your address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address shown on the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Right of Withdrawal

The following right of withdrawal applies only if you are a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

Because we work with a highly automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, once the 3-hour cancellation window has passed, we are unable to stop or cancel the shipment before delivery.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible until the goods have been delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation within the allowed period, you must notify us by a clear statement via email.


Orders Already in Transit

As our products may be shipped internationally, delivery times can vary and may be longer than expected.

If your order is already in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you must wait until the goods are delivered and then request a return in accordance with our return policy.

You may still notify us in advance that you intend to return the order.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we recommend sending us proof of return shipment once the item has been sent back.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, excluding any delivery charges and excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We will issue the refund within 14 days from the date on which:

  • we receive the returned goods, and
  • we confirm that the return meets our return conditions.

No refund-related transaction fee will be charged by us.


Return Shipping Costs

All returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Please note that returned items may need to be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

This means:

  • return shipping costs are not covered by Olivia’s Coast Boutique;
  • customers are fully responsible for the return shipping fee;
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
